摘要:液压刮刀摆动器由于不采用电气元件，体积小而输出力大，防水效果良好，高温环境下亦能稳定运行，广泛适用于纸机湿部潮湿的环境以及烘干部高温环境。在宽幅纸机中，液压刮刀摆动器工作效率高，能降低纸机的能耗，减小吨纸的耗电量，具有明显的节能效果。

Abstract:Traditionally the doctor oscillators in paper machine are electro-mechanical oscillator and pneumatic oscillator, but this two kinds are not suitable for wet-end section due to humid environment. A new kind of hydraulic oscillator was designed, it was small but had a much bigger output force without any electronic device, it also had very good water proof performance to assure a long life time, which contributed to energy saving for the paper mill.
