我国造纸行业展会知识产权现状及保护措施建议

摘要:随着我国经济的快速发展，展会作为一种展示新产品、新技术、拓展渠道、销售、传播品牌和促进经济发展的重要平台和窗口，其重要性和价值越来越突出。知识产权的保护本质上属于对创新的保护，围绕展会知识产权的范畴和保护已经引起人们的广泛关注。本文从展会知识产权的构成、侵权形式、国内纸展知识产权现状及知识产权保护措施建议等入手，分析了我国造纸行业展会的知识产权保护问题。

Abstract:With the rapid development of our countrys economy， the exhibition as an important platform and window of displaying new products and new technologies， expanding the channels， promoting the sales， disseminating brands and boosting the economic development， its importance and value are more and more prominent. The protection of intellectual property belongs to the protection of innovation in nature. At present， the scope and protection of intellectual property of exhibitions have attracted extensive attention. This paper analyzes the constitution of intellectual property and several common forms of infringement in exhibitions， present situation of intellectual property in China’s papermaking exhibition and the suggestions on intellectual property protection measures．
