摘要:使用硫酸铝与废纸浆混凝处理地表水,研究废纸浆对地表水混凝沉淀效果的强化作用。结果表明,当地表水浊度为14.7~21.8 NTU,水温为12~14℃时,先投加20 mg/L的硫酸铝,以200 r/ min搅拌1 min后,再投加20 mg/L的废纸浆,以100 r/min搅拌5 min、50 r/min搅拌10 min,沉淀20 min后出水的浊度为1.37~2.03 NTU,优于单独使用硫酸铝的处理效果。同时,废纸浆的使用还能加快絮体沉降速度,降低出水的CODMn和余铝含量,起到强化硫酸铝混凝沉淀效果的作用。该方法既可为新型混凝剂的研制提供参考,也为废纸浆的高值化利用拓宽思路。 |
Abstract:The treatment effect of surface water through coagulation and sedimentation experiment by combining application of aluminum sulfate and recycled fibers was studied. The enhanced coagulation sedimentation function of recycled fibers was also discussed. The experimental results demonstrated that when the raw water′s turbidity was 14.7~21.8 NTU and temperature was 12~14℃, adding aluminum sulfate with the dosage was 20 mg/L and stiring for 1 min at 200 r/ min, then adding 20 mg/L of recycled fibers and stirring at 100 r/min for 5 min at 50 r/min for 10 min, sedimentation for 20 min, the turbidity of the effluent was 1.37~2.03 NTU, which was improved more than 50% compared with the use of aluminum sulfate alone. The application of recycled fibers not only could increase the settling rate of flocs, but also reduce CODMn and residual aluminum, enhance the coagulation and sedimentation. |
