摘要:为了改善烟草薄片的物理性能,在造纸法烟草薄片的涂布过程中加入纳米纤维素,并探究其对烟草薄片物理性能的影响,且对纳米纤维素种类和添加量进行了优化。结果表明,选用的3种纳米纤维素中,纤维素纳米晶体(CNC)的综合效果最佳,且用量为0.1%时(以涂布液的固含量计)效果最好。另外,CNC的添加对涂布液的黏度无负面影响,抗张指数由对照组(不加CNC)的10.1 N·m/g,增加到13.3 N·m/g,增幅达到了32.6%;表面强度由对照组的1.35m/s,增加到了1.74m/s,增幅达到了28.89%。 |
Abstract:To improve the physical properties of tobacco sheet, the effect of adding nano-cellulose to the coatings on the properties of tobacco sheet during the coating process of papermaking tobacco sheet was discussed, and the kinds and dosage of nano-cellulose were optimized.The results showed that the effect of CNC was the best among three kinds of nano cellulose. It was more appropriate to add 0.1% CNC (based on the dried coating). The addition of CNC had no negative effect upon coatings. The tensile index of the tobacco sheet increased from 10.1 N·m/g (the control group) to 13.3 N·m/g. The increment reached 32.6%. And surface strength increased from 1.35m/s (the control group) to 1.74m/s. The increment reached 28.9%. |
