摘要:以竹浆企业为例,在系统梳理总结了最佳可行技术/最佳环境实践(BAT/BEP)改造案例的基础上,核算了企业改造的环境效益及经济效益。结果表明,BAT/BEP改造可为企业带来显著地环境效益和长效经济效益。结合我国当前对于制浆造纸行业相关管理政策具体落实情况和示范企业BAT/BEP改造效果,从细化政策实施、加强宣传推广、引导市场消费三个方面提出了推动造纸行业二噁英减排的相关建议。 |
Abstract:On the basis of the systematic review of the case study on the best available technology/best environmental practice(BAT/BEP) renovation bamboo-based pulping mills. The newest of checking both the environmental and economic benefits showed that BAT/BEP innovation brought the mills environment benefit as well as long-term economic benefit. This study suggestedto acceleratedioxin-reduction in selected mills of pulp and paper industry based on the situation of implementation of the in policy and BAT/BEP innovationeffect of the demonstration mills. Three aspect suggestions including refining policy implementation; enhancing public awareness and leading consumption marketoriented. |
