摘要:以二氧化钛纳米管(TN)、氧化石墨烯(GO)为原料通过水热合成法制备二氧化钛氧化石墨烯复合水凝胶(H-TN-rGO)。用H-TN-rGO对预处理的造纸废水进行吸附实验研究,讨论了pH值、吸附温度、吸附时间、H-TN-rGO用量等因素对造纸废水CODCr去除率的影响,从而得到适宜的吸附条件。结果表明,当pH值7.89,吸附温度30℃,吸附时间10 h,H-TN-rGO用量为0.5 g /L时,废水的CODCr由355 mg/L降低到13.6 mg/L,去除率达98.8%。H-TN-rGO吸附模型适合Langmuir吸附模型,KL=0.47 L/mg,qm=112.35 mg/g,R2=0.9975。 |
Abstract:The composite hydrogels of titania nanoparticles and graphene oxide were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis.The adsorption experiment of pretreated papermaking wastewater by composite hydrogels was carried out.The effects of pH value, temperature, adsorption time and the input amount of hydrogels on the removal rate of CODCr of the papermaking wastewater were studied, so as to obtain the appropriate adsorption conditions.The results showed that pH value 7.89, temperature 30℃, adsorption time 10 h, the input amount of hydrogels 0.5 g/L, the CODCr of wastewater decreased from 355 mg/L to 13.6 mg/L, and CODCr removal rate reached 98.8% The adsorption was suit for Langmuir model and KL=0.47 L/mg, qm=112.35 mg/g,R2=0.9975. |
