Delicacy Management Based on Informatization for Tissue Paper Enterprises—A Case Study for the Manufacturing Execution System of VINDA

摘要:本文以维达纸业（中国）有限公司制造执行系统（MES）的运行数据为依据，通过数据波动分析、生产过程故障诊断、生产数据对标和生产设备监测等几个方面，展示了MES对于生活用纸企业精细化管理的提升、帮助企业实现降低成本、提高生产效益的生产实践。

Abstract:Informatization for the tissue paper enterprises is an efficient way to solve the disconnection problem of producing process and the business management. Taking the Manufacturing Execution System（MES） of Vinda as a study case， this paper demonstrated some of its functions， including fluctuation analysis， fault diagnosis， data benchmarking， and equipment monitoring，revealed the importance of the informatization for the production cost reduction and efficiency improvement， as well as upgrading enterprise’s delicacy management．
