摘要:羧乙基化的纤维通过研磨或高压均质得到微纤化纤维素(MFC),MFC与重质碳酸钙(GCC)形成的混合浆料通过涂布法制备高填料含量(70%)的MFC-填料复合材料。本实验以激光粒度仪表征MFC的尺寸并研究了不同尺寸MFC制备的复合材料在强度性能、光学性能、表面性能等方面的差异。结果表明,经过研磨并高压均质3次得到的MFC3制备的复合材料综合性能较好,其纤维得到了充分的解离且保留有适量长纤丝。当MFC3-填料复合材料的定量为110 g/m2时,抗张指数为20.4 N·m/g,耐破指数为0.77 kPa·m2/g,不透明度为97.2%,平滑度达到1565 s。
Abstract:Carboxyethylated fibers were ground or homogenized under high pressure to obtain microfibrillated cellulose (MFC). Then the MFC-filler composite with high filler content (70%) was prepared using the mixed slurry of MFC and GCC by coating process. The differences in mechanical properties, optical properties and surface properties of the composite materials prepared using MFC with different sizes which were characterized through laser particle size analyzer were investigated in this paper. It was found that MFC3, which was fully fibrillation by the co-action of ground and high pressure homogenizing,but still contained proper amount of long fibrils, could obtain composites with better comprehensive performance. When the grammage was 110 g/m2, the tensile index of the composite was 20.4 N·m/g, the burst index was 0.77 kPa·m2/g, the opacity was 97.2%, and the smoothness reached to 1565 s.
