摘要:安全急停链作为一种提升机械本质安全的措施，已经越来越多地在引进制浆造纸装备的操作要求和基础工艺包中被提及。本文结合海外项目工程案例，从安全类别和停止类型的确定、安全急停的分组及布置、急停功能的电气设计三个方面，介绍了安全急停链的适用规范、配置要求以及在造纸车间浆料制备系统中的设计及应用。

Abstract:The safety emergency stop chain is a measure to improve the intrinsic safety of machinery. It has been required more and more in operation requirements and basic design packages of the import pulp and paper equipment and projects. From the definition of safety category and stop type, the grouping and arrangement of safety emergency stop, and the electrical design of emergency stop function, the article introduced the related standard and configuration requirements of safety emergency stop chain of stock preparation system based on the overseas project.
