摘要:将微硅矿物粉、重质碳酸钙、滑石粉三种填料分别加填到阔叶木浆、针叶木浆以及废纸脱墨浆中进行抄纸,对比所抄纸样的强度性能以及印刷性能。研究结果表明,微硅矿物粉对于纸张强度性能的影响与滑石粉以及碳酸钙的影响比较相似,并且微硅矿物粉在低灰分的情况下,总体的表现比较好;由于微硅矿物粉本身白度的原因,加填纸张的白度随着微硅矿物粉加填量的增加而降低。因此,微硅矿物粉适合于加填到对白度要求不高的纸张中。 |
Abstract:Micro-silica mineral powder, calcium carbonate and talc powder were separately filled into the hardwood pulp, softwood pulp and deinked pulp to compare strength properties and printing properties of corresponding handsheets. The results showed that the effect of micro-silica mineral powder on strength properties of the paper was similar to that of talc powder and calcium carbonate. And strength properties of the paper using micro-silica mineral powder as filler were better when ash content was low. Due to the whiteness of micro-silica mineral powder, whiteness of filled paper decreased with the increase of micro-silicon mineral powder filler. Therefore, micro-silica mineral powder was suitable to be used as filler for the papers which do not require high whiteness. |
