摘要:磨浆过程是改善纤维形态的重要过程,磨盘间隙是影响磨浆质量、能耗的关键参数。本文对国内外关于磨盘实时在线检测的方法进行了综述,并提出盘磨机磨盘间隙叠加实时检测系统,该检测系统综合考虑了磨盘磨损、磨盘轴向窜动等影响磨盘间隙的因素,克服了基于初始磨盘间隙检测的误差,为磨盘间隙检测提供了一个新的思路。 |
Abstract:The refining process is an important process to improve the fiber morphology, and the refiner disc clearance is a key parameter affecting the refining performance and energy consumption. The methods of real-time online detection of refiner disc at home and abroad were reviewed, and a real-time detection system for the superposition of clearance of refiner disc was put forward, which comprehensively considered the factors, such as plate wear, axial movement of plate and others affecting the clearance. The new system could overcome the deviation from the initial clearance detection, which provided a new idea for the detection of disc clearance of refiner. |
