造纸法烟草薄片磨浆专用磨片的研究与应用

摘要:磨浆是造纸法烟草薄片生产过程中的重要操作单元，其原料性能复杂、工艺特殊，使得其磨浆过程较为复杂。本研究分析了造纸法烟草薄片磨浆过程烟梗与烟末原料的特点，结合磨浆工艺及磨后浆料特性，介绍了造纸法烟草薄片磨浆专用磨片。烟草薄片磨浆专用磨片主要有梗末混合磨浆磨片、烟梗磨浆磨片及烟末磨浆磨片3种。通过对现有造纸法烟草薄片专用磨片的分析，提出造纸法烟草薄片专用磨片设计的一般要求，并对今后的研究方向进行了展望，对于烟草薄片磨浆专用磨片的开发与选型具有积极意义。

Abstract:Refining is an important operating unit in the process of reconstituted tobacco sheet. Its raw material properties are complex and the process is special， making the refining process more complicated.This paper studied the characteristics of tobacco stem and tobacco dust raw materials in refining process and the characteristics of the pulp after refining， and proposed the special refiner plates for reconstituted tobacco sheet refining， they included the plates for mixed tobacco stalk refining， for tobacco stalk refining and for tobacco dust refining respectively.Through the analysis of the existing special refiner plates for reconstituted tobacco sheet， general requirements for the design of special refiner plates for reconstituted tobacco sheet， and the prospects for future research directions were put forword.It was of significance for the development and application of special refiner plates for reconstituted tobacco sheet.
