摘要:本研究以对位芳纶纸为原材料,采用对位芳纶纸浸渍固化树脂模拟芳纶纸蜂窝孔格壁的方式,研究了树脂在孔格壁中的比例对蜂窝孔格壁力学性能的影响;通过研究孔格边长1.83 mm、密度80 kg/m3的对位芳纶纸蜂窝的压缩破坏形貌,确定了该种规格的对位芳纶纸蜂窝的压缩破坏模式为塑性坍塌,对位芳纶纸蜂窝异面压缩强度的关键影响因素为:蜂窝孔格尺寸、孔格壁的厚度及其拉伸强度;蜂窝压缩强度的实测值与对应模式下的压缩强度理论值对应性良好。
Abstract:In this study, para-aramid papers impregnated with curing resin were used to simulate the cell wall of aramid paper honeycomb, the influence of the proportion of resin in the cell wall on the mechanical properties of the honeycomb cell wall was studied. Plastic bucking mode of the honeycomb was determined by impregnating the compression failure morphology of para-aramid paper honeycomb with cell wall edge length of 1.83 mm and density of 80 kg/m3, the key influence factors of the out-of-plane compression strength of the honeycombs were the honeycomb cell size, thickness and tensile strength of the cell wall. The measured compression strength of the honeycomb was in good agreement with the theoretical one.
