卷烟纸生产过程中重金属的来源分析与研究

摘要:对卷烟纸用助燃剂、填料的重金属含量和纤维原料在打浆各阶段重金属含量的变化情况进行研究。结果表明，助燃剂含有少量的重金属元素铬，是卷烟纸重金属元素铬的来源之一；碳酸钙中含有重金属元素砷、铅、镉、铬、镍，尤其是重金属元素铬和镍含量较高，是卷烟纸重金属元素的主要来源；纤维原料本身重金属含量极低，打浆过程是卷烟纸重金属的另一个重要来源。

Abstract:In this study， the heavy metal content of burning agent and filler used in cigarette paper and the changes of heavy metal content of fiber raw materials in each beating stages were investigated. The results showed that a small amount of Cr in the burning agent was one of the sources of Cr in cigarette paper. And the filler contained heavy metal elements like As， Pb， Cd， Cr and Ni， especially Cr and Ni， which were the main source of heavy metal elements in cigarette paper. Additionally， the content of heavy metals in fiber raw material was very limited， so beating process was another important source of heavy metal in cigarette paper.
