摘要:通过对年产30万t化机浆项目的木片输送生产线的自动化仪表工程设计和建设的分析，探讨了大型木片输送项目的工艺特点及自动化设备的关键要点和控制策略，以及生产过程中运用过程仪表、保护开关、PLC控制系统、视频监控系统等一体化技术实现对木片输送系统精准控制的方法。

Abstract:Process characteristics of large chip conveying projects and key points and control strategies of automation equipment were investigated through analysis of automatic instrument engineering design and construction towards chip conveying production line in 300000 t/a chemical mechanical pulp project. Application of integrated technologies to achieve accurate control of wood film delivery system during production was also analyzed such as process instrument， protection switch， PLC control system and video monitoring system.
