摘要:研究了添加纳米石墨烯、碳纳米管、纳米氧化铝、碳化硅4种导热助剂对薄片导热性能的影响。结果表明,添加纳米石墨烯的薄片导热性能最好。与未添加导热助剂的薄片相比,纳米石墨烯添加量为3.2%时,薄片导热系数增幅达95.39%。进一步研究了不同水分条件下,纳米石墨烯用量对薄片导热性能的影响。结果表明,薄片导热系数随纳米石墨烯用量的增加而提高。当纳米石墨烯添加量0.83%、水分13.67%时,薄片导热系数增幅达30%以上。 |
Abstract:The effect of adding four kinds of thermal conductivity agents, nanographene, carbon nanotube, nano alumina and silicon carbide, on the thermal conductivity of the tobacco was investigated. The results showed that the tobacco with nanographene had the best thermal conductivity. Compared with tobacco without thermal conductivity agents, the thermal conductivity increased by 95.39% when the content of nanographene was 3.2%. The effect of the nanographene content on the thermal conductivity of the tobacco under different water content conditions was further studied. The results showed that the thermal conductivity of tobacco increased with the increase of the nanographene content. When the nanographene content was 0.83%, the water content of tobacco was 13.67%, the thermal conductivity of tobacco increased more than 30%. |
