摘要:本研究提出利用溶剂溶胀、部分溶解芳纶纤维赋予芳纶分子链运动和相互扩散能力,进一步提高间位芳纶纸的致密性和界面结合强度。采用二氯甲烷(DCM)、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)4种有机溶剂及含有3%聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)的DMAc溶液分别对间位芳纶原纸进行浸渍处理,使芳纶纤维润胀溶解,然后水洗再生、除去溶剂,得到微溶间位芳纶纸。结果表明,溶剂浸渍处理能够获得更致密的纸张结构和更高的力学性能,且不会引起任何化学结构的变化。与原纸相比,浸渍后的纸张模量提高2~3倍,拉伸强度提高7~9倍。 |
Abstract:In this study, it was proposed to use the solvent to swell and partially dissolve the aramid fiber to endow the aramid molecular chain with the ability to move and inter-diffusion, and further improve the compactness and interfacial bonding strength of the meta-aramid paper. The meta-aramid fiber base paper was impregnated to make aramid fibers swelled and dissolved, using dichloromethane (DCM), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF), N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc) and DMAc solution containing 3% polyetherimide (PEI), respectively. Then, the slightly soluble meta-aramid paper was obtained after regenerating by washing with water and removing solvent. The results showed that the solvent impregnation treatment could obtain denser paper structure and higher mechanical properties without causing any changes in chemical structure. Compared with the base paper, the modulus of the impregnated paper was increased by 2 to 3 times, and the tensile strength was increased by 7 to 9 times. |
