摘要:本研究采用浆内施胶的方法抄纸,用柠檬酸(CA)预处理提高其表面活性,再用纤维素纳米纤丝/二氧化钛(CNF/TiO2)悬浮液涂布,以提高纸基材料表面粗糙程度,最后用烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)乳液浸渍处理以提高纸基材料的憎水性,得到超疏水纸基材料。结果表明,CA预处理显著改善了纸基材料的表面活性,使纸基材料具有更高的TiO2保留率,使其更易达到超疏水纸基材料所需的表面粗糙度。制备的超疏水纸基材料表面接触角达153.8º,达到超疏水要求,且具有良好的自清洁能力。 |
Abstract:In this study, the original paper was prepared by internal sizing and pretreated with citric acid (CA) to improve its surface activity, then coated by cellulose nanofibril/titanium dioxide (CNF/TiO2) suspension to improve its surface roughness. Finally, the superhydrophobic paper-based material was prepared via impregnated into alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) emulsion to improve its hydrophobicity. The results showed that the surface activity of paper was significantly improved by CA pretreatment, giving a higher TiO2 retention for the paper, and made it easier to achieve the required surface roughness of the superhydrophobic paper-based material. The prepared superhydrophobic paper-based material had a contact angle of 153.8°, which met the requirements of superhydrophobic materials, and also showed good self-cleaning ability. |
