摘要:以碳纤维为电热骨架、炭黑为导电桥梁、芳纶沉析纤维为辅助成形浆料,通过湿法成形工艺制备炭黑/芳纶沉析/碳纤维纸。结果表明,炭黑/芳纶沉析/碳纤维纸(炭黑含量10%、芳纶沉析纤维含量20%、碳纤维含量70%)在固含量15%的酚醛树脂浸渍热压处理后性能最佳,抗张强度1989 kN/![]() m、撕裂度1057 mN、方阻1.5 Ω/□;在8 V电压下,所制备的炭黑/芳纶沉析/碳纤维纸电加热后表面温度最高可达242.5℃。 |
Abstract:Using carbon fiber as electric heating skeleton, carbon black as conductive path, and aramid fibrid as auxiliary forming slurry, the carbon black/aramid fibrid/carbon fiber-based paper was fabricated via wet-forming process. The results showed that the paper comprising of 10% carbon black, 20% aramid fibrid, and 70% carbon fiber after impregnated with 15% phenolic resin and hot-press exhibited the best comprehensive performance. The tensile strength, tearing strength, and sheet resistance of the paper reached 1989 kN/![]() m, 1057 mN, and 1.5 Ω/![]() □, respectively. With supplied voltage of 8 V, the highest surface temperature of the paper after electric heating could reach 242.5℃. |
