摘要:以水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯JZ-4234为主体树脂与环氧丙烯酸酯EP-6204进行共混,制得JZEP加固液,涂覆于宣纸表面,考察共混体系中EP-6204含量对加固液膜紫外光透过率的影响和涂覆量对纸张强度性能的影响,探讨老化时间对加固液涂覆纸张强度性能和白度的影响。结果表明,随着EP-6204的加入,JZEP加固液膜在近紫外光区的紫外光透过率能降至25%以下,具有较好的紫外屏蔽效果。当涂覆量约为23%时,宣纸的强度性能都有明显的增加,表现为经JZ(EP-6204含量为0)加固液涂覆处理的宣纸强度性能比经JZEP-10(EP-6204含量为10%)加固液涂覆处理的宣纸强度性能高,此时宣纸撕裂度达到最大(79.5 mN),较宣纸原纸增加58%。紫外光加速老化结果表明,JZEP加固液具有良好的抗紫外光老化能力,且经JZEP-10加固液涂覆处理的宣纸强度损失率要低于经JZ加固液涂覆处理的宣纸,紫外老化5天后相比宣纸原纸,其干抗张强度损失率约为16%,湿抗张强度损失率为40%,撕裂度损失率则为24%。 |
Abstract:In this study, JZEP reinforcing liquid was prepared by blending waterborne polyurethane acrylate JZ-4234 with epoxy acrylate EP-6204, which was subsequently coated on the surface of Xuan paper. The effects of EP-6204 content in the blending system on the UV transmittance of the reinforcing liquid film and the coating amount on the strength properties of the paper were investigated; the effects of aging time on the strength properties and whiteness of the paper coated with the reinforcing liquid were discussed. The results showed that with the addition of EP-6204, the UV transmittance of JZEP reinforcing liquid membrane in the near UV region could be reduced to less than 25%, showing a good UV shielding effect. When the coating amount was approximately 23%, the strength performance of Xuan paper increased significantly. Meanwhile, the strength performance of Xuan paper coated with JZ reinforcing liquid was higher than that of its JZEP-10 counterpart, and the tearing breaking strength reached the maximum (79.5 mN), which was 58% higher than that of Xuan paper. The results of UV accelerated aging showed that JZEP reinforcing liquid had good anti-UV aging ability, and the strength loss rate of Xuan paper coated with JZEP-10 reinforcing liquid was lower than that of its JZ counterpart. After 5 days of UV aging, the dry tensile strength loss rate was about 16%, the wet tensile strength loss rate 40% and the tearing breaking strength loss rate 24%. |
