摘要:通过分散液吸光度法探究了纤维素纳米晶体(CNC)的吸光度与直径的关系。结果表明,当CNC质量分数0.06%、测试波长220 nm、静置时间0 h时,随着CNC直径增大,分散液的吸光度值逐渐减小,CNC直径与吸光度有良好的线性关系,Y(吸光度)=-0.0054X(CNC直径)+ 0.4438,线性相关系数R2为0.9931。 |
Abstract:In this study, the relationship of absorbance and diameter of cellulose nanocrystal (CNC) was investigated by the suspension absorbance method. The results showed that when the CNC was 0.06 wt% with the test wavelength of 220 nm for 0 h, the absorbance value of CNC dispersion gradually decreased with the increase of CNC particle size. There was a good linear relationship between CNC diameter and absorbance, of which the linear equation was that Y(absorbance)=-0.0054X(CNC diameter)+0.4438, with a linear correlation R2 of 0.9931. |
