摘要:本研究主要探讨了在制备硅酸钙板过程中掺入漂白化学桉木浆对其物理性能的影响。结果表明,与空白样(只添加未漂硫酸盐针叶木浆)相比,当漂白化学桉木浆纤维添加量为20%(替代未漂硫酸盐针叶木浆比例)时,硅酸钙板弯曲强度为17.3 MPa,提高了0.2 MPa;抗冲击强度由9.5 kJ/m2提高至10.5 kJ/m2,提高了10.5%;层间结合强度为1.54 MPa,也有小幅提升;孔隙率和吸水率达到最佳平衡点。此外,扫描电子显微镜和红外光谱分析表明,掺入漂白化学桉木浆对硅酸钙板的物理性能和微观晶型无明显负面影响。 |
Abstract:In this paper, the effect of blending bleached chemical eucalyptus pulp in the preparation of calcium silicate board on the physical properties of calcium silicate board was studied. The results showed that compared with the blank sample (only added unbleached kraft softwood pulp), when 20% bleached chemical eucalyptus pulp was added instead of unbleached kraft softwood pulp, the bending strength of calcium silicate board was 17.3 MPa, impact strength increased from 9.5 kJ/m2 to 10.5 kJ/m2, interlayer bonding strength reached 1.54 MPa. Porosity and water absorption reached the best balance point. In addition, the results of scanning electron microscope and fourier infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that the physical properties and micro crystal form of calcium silicate board were not significantly affected by the addition of bleached chemical eucalyptus pulp. |
