摘要:为研究管状陶瓷膜过滤器过滤流场和压力脉冲强化过滤的机理,采用计算流体力学(CFD)模拟和实验相结合的办法,依据达西定律分析过滤器内多孔介质过滤性能,然后进行CFD模拟,分析不同工况下实验与模拟结果的差距,最后分析压力脉冲强化过滤效果和机理。结果表明,部分工况的参数与实验结果相近,然而部分工况有较大差距,但总体显示规律与实验结果相同;由于旋转增加了流体径向速度,使得过滤通量增加。随着转子转速提高,多孔介质过滤流量均有不同程度提高,相较于尾水口阀门关闭的过滤方式,保持尾水口阀门一定开度的方案更有利于增加过滤通量。 |
Abstract:In order to study the filtration flow field of tubular ceramic membrane filter, and the mechanism of pressure pulse enhanced filtration, the method of combining Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation and experiment was adopted. First, the filtration performance of porous media in the filter was analyzed according to Darcy’s law, then the difference of results between the experiment and simulation under different working conditions was analyzed, and finally the effect and mechanism of pressure pulse enhanced filtration were analyzed. The results showed that the parameters of some working conditions were similar to the experimental results, but there was a large difference of paraments under some working conditions, but the overall law display pattern was the same as the experimental results. As the rotation increased the radial velocity of the fluid, the filtration flux increased. With the increase of rotor speed, the filtration flow of porous media increased to varying degrees. Compared with the method in which the tailwater value was closed, the filtration method in which the tailwater value was kept open to a certain extent was more conductive to increasing the filtration flux. |
