摘要:新型高性能芳纶纤维基锂离子电池隔膜在耐高温、电解液润湿性、机械强度及电化学性能等方面具有一定的优势,得到了研究者的广泛关注。本文系统综述了芳纶纤维基锂离子电池隔膜制备方法,包括静电纺丝法、涂布法、相转化法及造纸法等,对比总结了几种方法的优劣势及最新研究进展,最后探究了芳纶纤维基锂离子电池隔膜研究领域存在的问题,并展望了未来的发展前景。 |
Abstract:The novel lithium battery separator made of aramid fiber has certain advantages in excellent high temperature resistance, electrolyte wettability, mechanical strength, and electrochemical properties, and has attracted extensive attention from researchers. This paper systematically reviewed the preparation methods of aramid fiber-based lithium-ion battery separators, such as electrospinning, coating, phase inversion and papermaking, etc., and the process, cost, advantages and disadvantages of several methods and the latest research progress were compared and summarized. Finally, the existing problems in the research field of aramid fiber-based lithium-ion battery separators were explored and the future development prospects were looked forward. |
