摘要:本文主要综述了植物纤维基、淀粉基和聚乳酸基发泡材料的研究进展;介绍了3种发泡材料的优势和不足,总结了其发泡和成形工艺,论述了影响发泡的主要因素,以及在性能优化和提升方面的研究进展;最后分析了植物纤维基、淀粉基和聚乳酸基发泡材料在工业化应用方面所面临的挑战,并展望其应用前景。 |
Abstract:In this paper, the research progress of foaming materials based on plant fiber, starch, and polylactic acid was reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of foaming materials were introduced, and their foaming and molding processes were summarized. The main factors affecting foaming and the research progress in performance optimization and improvement were discussed. Finally, the challenges faced by plant fiber-, starch-, and polylactic acid-based foaming materials in industrial applications were analyzed, and the application prospects were prospected. |
