摘要:采用不同的乳化剂对聚甲基乙撑碳酸酯(PPC)树脂进行乳化,并以乳液性能及其热封性能和阻隔性能对乳化工艺进行优化。结果表明,以乳化率及乳液粒径为考核指标,优化的乳化剂组合为十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和吐温80,其绝干质量比为3:1;乳化剂用量为15%;内外相体积比为3:4;PPC树脂宜配制成25%的二氯甲烷溶液作为油相;皂液温度在30℃左右;剪切速率高于10000 rpm,剪切时间为4-6min;乳液中宜添加2%的PVA作为保护胶体。PPC树脂乳化后其热封性能和阻隔性能均有不同程度降低,但能满足高热封压力的应用场景。 |
Abstract:Different emulsifiers were used to emulsify polypropylene carbonate (PPC) resin. And the emulsification process was optimized based on emulsion properties, heat sealing properties and barrier properties. The results of emulsification rate and particle size showed that the optimum emulsifiers were cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide and Tween80, and the quality ratio was 3:1. The dosage of emulsifier is 15%. The oil-water volume ratio is 3:4. PPC resin should be prepared into 25% dichloromethane solution as oil phase. Soap liquid temperature should be about 30 ℃. The shear rate should be higher than 10000rpm, and the shear time should be 4-6 minutes. 2% PVA should be added to the emulsion as colloid-protect reagent. The thermal sealing properties and barrier properties of PPC resin are reduced after emulsification, but it can meet the application of high thermal sealing pressure. |
