摘要:本研究通过显微观察和热裂解-气相色谱质谱联用(Py-GC/MS)法对一组尼泊尔手工纸进行分析研究,以纤维特征和植物标记物为依据,考察了尼泊尔手工纸的原料和制造工艺。结果表明,3份尼泊尔手工纸主要由白瑞香纤维制成,手工制作过程中对纤维进行了剪切和弱碱处理。白瑞香纤维的木质素基本结构单元以紫丁香基为主,萜类及植物甾醇类特征化合物包括谷甾类、麦角甾类、豆甾类和胆甾类,其中含量最高的是豆甾类。此外,还可在尼泊尔手工纸的热裂解产物中检测出吡咯及其衍生物,表明其在制作过程中施加了动物胶。
Abstract:This study analyzed Nepalese handmade paper utilizing microscopic observation and pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS) techniques. Based on fiber characteristics and plant markers, the raw materials and manufacturing process of Nepalese handmade paper were investigated. The results showed that the three pieces of Nepalese handmade papers were mainly made of daphne fibers, and the fibers were cut off and weakly treated with alkali during the handmade process. The lignin basic structural unit of daphne fibers was mainly syringyl, and the characteristic compounds of terpenes and plant sterols included sitosterol, ergosterol, stigmasterol, and cholesterol, with the highest content of stigmasterol. Furthermore, pyrrole and its derivatives in the pyrolysis products of the Nepalese handmade paper were detected, indicating that animal glue was appiled during the papermaking process.
