摘要:磁悬浮空压机作为新一代节能环保产品,降低造纸能耗成本,助力实现双碳,符合国家十四五战略规划。运用有限元分析方法对某磁悬浮空压机半开式叶轮结构强度进行分析,探究了叶轮结构对叶轮应力及变形的影响趋势,为叶轮结构优化提供指导性建议,保证磁悬浮空压机叶轮在最高转速下的静强度满足设计准则的要求,变形符合安装要求。 |
Abstract:As a new generation of energy-saving environmental protection products, magnetic levitation air compressor can reduce energy consumption in papermaking, help to achieve double carbon, in line with the national 14th five-year strategic plan. To provide guidance for impeller structure optimization and ensure that the static strength of the impeller at the highest speed to meet the requirements of the design criteria, deformation in line with the installation requirements, the structural strength of the impeller was analyzed by the finite element analysis method and the influence trend of the impeller structure on the stress and deformation was also discussed based on the semi-open impeller of a magnetic levitation air compressor. |
