摘要:以100%漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆为纤维原料制备纸纱线用纸,并对制备工艺、纤维素微纤丝(MFC)以及水性聚氨酯(WPU)在增强纸纱线用纸机械性能方面的作用展开了探究。结果表明,当纤维打浆度为45°SR,阳离子淀粉(CS)、聚酰胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)和两性聚丙烯酰胺(AmPAM)添加量分别为1.0%、0.5‰和1.0%,MFC添加量0.5%,WPU浸渍量为0.5g/m2时,制备的纸纱线用纸具有最佳的机械性能,纵向抗张指数和横向抗张指数分别为118.2N·m/g和23.8N·m/g,纵向断裂伸长率为4.3%,纵横比为5.0。 |
Abstract:The yarn-making paper was prepared from 100% bleached softwood kraft pulp as fiber raw material, and the effects of preparation conditions, cellulose microfibrils (MFC) and waterborne polyurethane (WPU) on the mechanical properties of yarn-making paper were investigated. The results showed that the best mechanical properties were obtained when the fiber beating degree was 45 °SR, the amount of cationic starch (CS), polyamide epichlorohydrin (PAE) and amphoteric polyacrylamide (AmPAM) was 1.0%, 0.5 ‰ and 1.0% respectively, the amount of MFC was 0.5%, and the amount of WPU impregnated was 0.5 g/m2. The longitudinal tensile index and transverse tensile index of the yarn-making paper prepared under these conditions are 118.2 N·m/g and 23.8 N·m/g, respectively, the longitudinal elongation at break is 4.3%, and the aspect ratio is 5.0. |
