摘要:本研究针对造纸车间防结露问题,对造纸车间围护结构传热系数进行分析,按照GB 50176—2016给出了不同气候区域造纸车间在冬季室内温度20 ℃、室内相对湿度≤75%的条件下,湿部围护结构传热系数的限值。结果同时表明,选择传热系数较小的保温窗,可起到延缓外窗出现结露时间的作用。结合不同气候区域造纸车间湿部出现结露的条件,分析了围护结构设置保温对防止厂房结露的有效性,明确了围护结构保温还需结合厂房通风措施,才能保证造纸车间湿部围护结构内表面不结露。 |
Abstract:In this study, for the problem of anti-condensation, the heat transfer coefficient of the building envelope of the paper mill was analyzed, and the limit value of the heat transfer coefficient of the building envelope in the wet part of the paper mill in different climatic regions was given under the conditions of indoor temperature of 20 ℃ and indoor relative humidity of ≤75% in winter, in accordance with GB 50176—2016. The results showed that the selection of thermal insulation windows with smaller heat transfer coefficient could play a role in delaying the time of condensation on the external windows. Based on the conditions of condensation in the wet part of the paper mill in different climatic regions, the effectiveness of building envelope heat preservation in preventing condensation in the paper mill was analyzed. It was clarified that the building envelope heat preservation should be combined with ventilation measures in the plant, in order to ensure that the inner surface of the building envelope in the wet part of the paper mill did not condense. |
