摘要:本研究以实验室自制构皮浆为原料,使用Na2CO3-H2O2工艺进行漂白实验,分别探究了H2O2用量、反应时间、反应温度对构皮浆漂白效果的影响。为了提高最优工艺参数的精准度,对Na2CO3-H2O2工艺进行响应面法优化。结果表明,在H2O2用量2.9%、反应时间87 min、反应温度82 ℃的条件下,构皮浆白度达76.6%,聚合度从未漂浆的2 704下降至1 886。与现有书画纸用构皮浆的次氯酸盐工艺及NaOH-H2O2工艺相比,Na2CO3-H2O2工艺对纤维损伤更小,漂白效率更高。以Na2CO3-H2O2工艺制备的构皮浆具有白度稳定、物理强度高、耐老化性能更好、所抄纸张润墨性能良好等优点。 |
Abstract:In this study, Na2CO3-H2O2 process was taken with lab-made Broussonetia papyrifera bark pulp as raw material, the effects of H2O2 dosage, reaction time, and reaction temperature on the bleaching effect of Broussonetia papyrifera bark pulp were investigated, respectively. In order to improve the precision of the optimum process parameters, Na2CO3-H2O2 process was optimized by response surface method. The results showed that the whiteness of the Broussonetia papyrifera bark pulp reached 76.6%, and the polymerization degree decreased from 2 704 of unbleached pulp to 1 886, with the H2O2 dosage of 2.9%, reaction time for 87 min, and reaction temperature at 82 ℃. Comparing to hypochlorite process and NaOH-H2O2 process of Broussonetia papyrifera bark pulp, Na2CO3-H2O2 process had less fiber damage and higher bleaching efficiency. The Broussonetia papyrifera bark pulp prepared by Na2CO3-H2O2 process had some advantages, such as stable whiteness, high physical strength, and better aging resistance, and the paper prepared by bleached pulp had better ink moistening performance. |
