木质素基衍生材料的研究进展

摘要:造纸黑液是由化学制浆或化机浆过程产生的，主要成分为木质素。木质素中富含碳元素和酚羟基、醇羟基等官能团，不仅是制备碳材料的理想前躯体，而且还可掺杂在其它材料中以提高其性能，具有显著的资源化前景。本文介绍了黑液木质素的来源、特征及提取方法，详细论述了黑液木质素及其衍生物在功能材料制备及应用领域的研究进展，并对黑液木质素材料存在的问题和潜在的发展方向进行了总结及展望，以期为基于黑液木质素的衍生材料资源化和高值化应用提供新途径。

Abstract:Black liquor is mainly produced by the chemical pulping or chemical pulping process,and the main component is lignin. Lignin is rich in carbon elements and functional groups such as phenolic hydroxyl groups and alcohol hydroxyl groups,but also can be doped into other materials to improve its performance,and has a significant prospect for resource utilization. In this paper,the source,characteristics and extraction methods of black liquor lignin are introduced,the research progress of black liquor lignin and its derivatives in the preparation and application of functional materials is discussed in detail,and the existing problems and potential development directions of black liquor lignin materials are summarized and prospected,in order to provide a new way for the resource utilization and high-value application of black liquor lignin-based derived materials.
