摘要:依据ISO 14067: 2018 《温室气体——产品碳足迹量化要求和指南》,利用Simapro软件,对造纸法烟草薄片产品进行碳足迹评价。结果表明,生产阶段能源消耗是碳排放的主要来源,占比74.1%;其中,电力消耗贡献的碳排放最多,占比70.6%,故造纸法烟草薄片产品碳足迹主要来自电力消耗。因此,提高绿色电力的使用比例是降低产品碳足迹的重要路径。利用Simapro软件构建的模型推算,当生产过程中使用20%的绿色电力,单位产品碳足迹相较未使用绿色电力时下降了10.5个百分点,具有较好的减碳效果。研究进一步表明,提高能源利用效率、优化工艺、协同产业链等减碳策略,均有助于进一步降低造纸法烟草薄片产品的碳足迹。
Abstract:According to ISO 14067: 2018 “Greenhouse gases—Requirements and guidelines for the quantification of the carbon footprint of products”, the carbon footprint of tobacco sheets products made by papermaking process was evaluated using Simapro software. The evaluation results showed that energy consumption in the production stage was the main source of carbon emissions, accounting for 74.1%, of which the electricity consumption contributed the most to carbon emissions, accounting for 70.6% of carbon emissions. So it could be assumed that the carbon footprint of tobacco sheets products made by papermaking process mainly came from electricity consumption. Therefore, increasing the proportion of green electricity use was an important path to reduce the carbon footprint of the product. The model constructed by using Simapro software projected that when 20% of green electricity was used in the production process, the carbon footprint of the unit product decreased by 10.5 percentage points compared with that when green electricity was not used, which had a better carbon reduction effect. The study further showed that carbon reduction strategies such as improving energy efficiency, optimizing process, and synergizing industrial chain could help to further reduce the carbon footprint of tobacco sheets products made by papermaking process.
