摘要:通风系统影响干燥能耗、运行成本及纸张质量等,是干燥过程优化潜力最大的操作单元。本文对干燥通风装备与技术现状及发展进行了梳理,指出高效、绿色、智能是装备与技术发展的趋势,需强化CFD仿真、数值计算等前沿技术在设备开发及性能提升的融入;指出了通风系统能耗差异大、缺乏与蒸汽冷凝水系统协同调控、调节策略不完善、关键状态参数与指标缺乏监控与评价等,需对通风与蒸汽冷凝水系统进行整体分析与设计,加强关键参数及指标监控,结合蒸发负荷变化完善通风控制。最后,提出应完善通风系统与蒸汽冷凝水系统的协同作用机理,为升级通风系统装备与技术提供理论基础。
Abstract:Ventilation systems has the greatest potential of optimization in the drying process due to its impact on drying energy consumption, operating costs, and paper quality. This study summarized the current situation and development of ventilation equipment and technology. Intelligence, greenness and high efficiency were the trends of equipment and technology development. Domestic manufacturers need to strengthen the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as CFD simulation and numerical calculation in equipment development and performance improvement. There were significant differences in energy consumption and operating parameters between different ventilation systems, lack of collaborative controlling between the ventilation system and the steam condensate system, lack monitoring of key parameters and indicators. Conducting an overall analysis and design of the ventilation and steam condensate systems was proposed, dynamically adjusted the supply air volume based on changes in evaporation load, strengthened the monitoring of key parameters and indicators, and improved the ventilation control system. Finally, collaborative mechanism of the ventilation system for paper drying should be studied for providing technical and theoretical basis for upgrading ventilation system equipment and technology.
