摘要:论文探讨造纸产业转型升级的内涵，提出“产业转型升级能力”的概念，构建出升级能力的评价模型。该模型使用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法进行权重分配和综合评价。以华泰集团为例进行实证分析，通过对华泰集团2019-2022年的相关数据结合评价模型进行评估，显示出华泰集团的转型升级能力逐年提升，尤其是在自动化控制系统集成、生产过程数据打通和远程协同控制方面表现突出。

Abstract:This paper explores the connotation of transformation and upgrading in the paper industry, proposes the concept of industrial transformation and upgrading capability, and constructs an evaluation model for upgrading capability. The model employs the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for weight allocation and overall assessment. Taking Huatai Group as a case study, an empirical analysis based on relevant data from 2019 to 2022 shows that Huatai Group’s transformation and upgrading capability has improved year by year, particularly in the areas of automatic control system integration, production process data interconnection, and remote collaborative control.
