摘要:本文介绍了溶解浆马尾松原料不同贮存期原料本身的化学组分发生的变化；通过对不同贮存期原料的蒸煮实验,分析其得率及物理指标；对溶解浆的生产过程中不同阶段产生的影响及最终的产品质量的影响进行分析。得出不同贮存期原料的用碱量、得率、黏度、白度、反应性能等指标,制定最佳的预水解条件、碱液用量及漂白工艺。

Abstract:This paper describes the changes in the chemical composition of the raw material itself during different storage periods of the dissolving pulp of Sargasso pine raw materials, and analyzes the yield and physical indexes through the cooking experiments of raw materials in different storage periods. The impact of different stages of the production process of dissolving pulp and the impact of the final product quality is analyzed, and the amount of alkali, yield, viscosity, whiteness, reaction properties of raw materials in different storage periods, so as to formulate the optimal pre-hydrolysis conditions, alkali dosage and bleaching process.
