摘要:本研究以未漂硫酸盐针叶木浆为原料,探讨了瓦利飞刀对打浆前后的纤维形态及成纸性能的影响。结果表明,不同类型飞刀对纤维打浆性能影响显著。在相同打浆条件下,随着齿宽的增加,飞刀对纤维的揉搓作用增强,加剧了纤维形态变化;纤维分丝帚化现象更明显,加快了打浆度和保水值的上升。当浆浓提高时,飞刀类型对纤维打浆效果的影响减弱。在同一浆浓、相近打浆度下,不同类型飞刀的成纸性能差异较小。其中浆浓为2.0%时,齿宽为2 mm的2#飞刀成纸性能最佳,其纸张在打浆度为56 °SR时的抗张、耐破和撕裂指数分别为104 N·m·g-1、6.93 kPa·m2·g-1和11.5 mN·m2·g-1。
Abstract:In this study, unbleached kraft softwood pulp was used to explore the effects of Valley blade on the morphology and paper properties of fiber before and after beating. The results showed that different types blade had a great effect on the beating performance of fiber. Under the same beating conditions, with the increase of bar width, the rubbing effect of blade on fiber was enhanced, which aggravated the change of fiber morphology, and the phenomenon of fiber fibrillation was more obvious, which accelerated the improvement of beating degree and water retention value. When the pulp consistency was increased, the influence of blade type on the beating effect was weakened. Under the same pulp consistency and similar beating degree, the paper properties of different types blades were little different. The paper properties of the 2# blade with 2 mm bar width were best when the pulp consistency was 2.0%. Its tensile index, burst index and tear index were 104 N·m·g-1, 6.93 kPa·m2·g-1 and 11.5 mN·m2·g-1 respectively when the beating degree was 56 °SR.
