肉桂木硫酸盐化学制浆性能研究及其抽出物影响分析

摘要:肉桂是中国特色经济林资源,其种植区域主要集中在广东和广西两省区。为了评估肉桂木化学制浆的应用潜力,对肉桂木纤维形态、化学组分、硫酸盐制浆、抄纸性能与两种常用纤维原料广西桉木、越南相思进行对比研究。结果表明,肉桂木纤维长度0.956 mm,显著高于越南相思和广西桉木,其长纤维区纤维占比较高；综纤维素含量75.53%；蒸煮后的硫酸盐纸浆粘度1061 ml·g-1,细浆得率为47.59%；浆的强度较好,抗张指数88.26 N·m·g-1。肉桂木苯醇抽出物、二氯甲烷抽出物分别为3.18%、2.29%；FT-IR分析表明肉桂木与广西桉木抽出物红外光谱相似度更高；FT-IR检测表征胶黏物与生产投运试验中树脂棒监测表明添加桂木后会有树脂沉积现象发生。该研究为我国肉桂特色资源用于制浆造纸行业提供一定思路。

Abstract:Cinnamomum cassia Presl is a distinctive economic forest resource in China, with its cultivation areas primarily concentrated in the provinces of Guangdong and Guangxi. In order to evaluate the application potential of Cinnamomum cassia Presl chemical pulping, the fiber morphology, chemical composition, kraft pulping and paper properties of Cinnamomum cassia Presl were compared with those of Guangxi eucalyptus and Vietnamese acacia, two commonly used fiber raw materials. The results showed that the fiber length of Cinnamomum cassia Presl was 0.956 mm, which was significantly higher than that of Acacia vietnam and Guangxi Eucalyptus, and the proportion in the long fiber area was also higher. The content of cellulose was 75.53%; The viscosity of the pulp cooked by sulfate was 1061 ml·g-1, and the yield of fine pulp was 47.59%. The strength of the pulp is good, and the tensile index is 88.26 N·m·g-1. Cinnamomum cassia Presl benzene-alcohol extractive and dichloromethane extractive were 3.18% and 2.29%, respectively. FT-IR analysis showed that the infrared spectral similarity of extractive from Cinnamomum cassia Presl and Guangxi eucalyptus was higher. FT-IR detection of sticky and resin rod monitoring showed that resin deposition occurred in the production system after adding Cinnamomum cassia Presl. This study provides some ideas for the use of Cinnamomum cassia Presl characteristic resources in pulp and paper making in China.
