摘要:针对传统湿重检测架在造纸法再造烟叶浆料评价中存在的重复性差、灵敏度低等问题,本文在传统造纸浆料湿重检测架基础上,设计开发了一种适用于造纸法再造烟叶浆料的网格状湿重检测架。通过对不同网格目数湿重框架对烟草浆料打浆度、湿重以及跟踪生产线的测试稳定性等,优选出适合于烟草浆料的专用湿重架网格目数。结果显示,10目网格湿重架测试稳定性强,湿重差异检测值从1.66g增至3.61g(+117%),湿重检测变异系数降低82%(0.065→0.012);经生产线跟踪检测结果显示,网格湿重架测试湿重时能够较为准确的反应生产线浆料的变化情况,其湿重变化规律与烟草基片物理性能相符合。研究成果烟草浆料质量监控提供了新型技术工具,对再造烟叶生产工艺标准化具有重要实践意义。 |
Abstract:To address the issues of poor repeatability and low sensitivity in traditional wet weight detection frameworks for evaluating paper-making reconstituted tobacco slurry, this study designed and developed a grid-structured wet weight detection framework specifically for such slurry. By testing the effects of different mesh counts on the beating degree, wet weight, and test stability during production line monitoring, an optimal mesh count for tobacco slurry was identified. Results demonstrated that the 10-mesh grid framework exhibited strong test stability, with the detected wet weight difference increasing from 1.66 g to 3.61 g (+117%), effectively amplifying process variations. The coefficient of variation (CV) for wet weight detection decreased by 82% (0.065 → 0.012). Production line tracking tests confirmed that the grid framework accurately reflected changes in slurry properties, with wet weight trends aligning closely with the physical performance of tobacco-based sheets. This study provides a novel technical tool for quality control of tobacco slurry and holds significant practical value for standardizing reconstituted tobacco production processes. |
