摘要:本研究对7种国外阔叶木树种(越南相思、澳洲亮果桉、澳洲蓝桉、智利亮果桉、智利蓝桉、乌拉圭邓恩桉和泰国赤桉)进行了硫酸盐法制浆及ECF漂白实验,系统评估了其制浆性能及漂白效果。通过对化学组分、制浆得率、漂白效果、纤维形态及纸张强度等指标的综合分析。研究结果表明,智利和澳洲的蓝桉及亮果桉在制浆得率、漂白效果和纸张强度等方面表现优异,是较为理想的漂白硫酸盐浆制浆原料。乌拉圭邓恩桉和泰国赤桉的制浆性能较差,需在工艺上进行调整以降低成本和提高效率。本研究为国内制浆企业的原料选择及工艺优化提供了重要参考。 |
Abstract:This study conducted kraft pulping and ECF (Elemental Chlorine Free) bleaching experiments on seven species of foreign hardwoods, including Acacia mangium from Vietnam, Eucalyptus nitens and Eucalyptus globulus from Australia, Eucalyptus nitens and Eucalyptus globulus from Chile, Eucalyptus dunnii from Uruguay, and Eucalyptus camaldulensis from Thailand. The pulping performance and bleaching effects were systematically evaluated through comprehensive analysis of chemical composition, pulp yield, bleaching efficiency, fiber morphology, and paper strength. The results indicate that Eucalyptus globulus and Eucalyptus nitens from Chile and Australia exhibit excellent performance in terms of pulp yield, bleaching efficiency, and paper strength, making them ideal raw materials for bleached kraft pulp. In contrast, Eucalyptus dunnii from Uruguay and Eucalyptus camaldulensis from Thailand showed inferior pulping performance, necessitating process adjustments to reduce costs and improve efficiency. This research provides valuable insights for domestic pulp manufacturers in raw material selection and process optimization. |
