Abstract:Using industrial hemp Noil fiber as the fiber for pulping, the pretreatment process using ultrasonic and composite enzyme synergistic action was adopted in the early stage, followed by gentle cooking with the sulfate method. Using the orthogonal experimental method, the influence of ultrasonic factors on industrial hemp was studied, and the impact of the proportion and addition amount of composite enzymes on the strength indicators of paper was also discussed. The research results show that the optimal conditions are an ultrasonic oscillation temperature of 50°C, oscillation time of 30 minutes, oscillation frequency of 40 kHz, composite enzyme solution dosage of 12% (o.w.f.), and a pectinase to lacase ratio of 5:1. Under the optimal process, the indicators of tearing strength, folding strength, bursting strength, and tensile strength are the highest. |
