摘要:本研究以丙酮可溶物含量作为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken响应面法对纸浆丙酮可溶物自动索氏提取方法进行优化。结果表明,最优提取参数为温度76℃、时间25 min、溶剂体积64 mL。经试验验证,该方法检出限为0.013%,加标回收率>95%,重复性变异系数<5%,再现性变异系数<10%,检测结果与国标法一致,表明该方法准确性高、重现性好,满足工业化纸浆生产的质量控制需求,为丙酮可溶物检测提供了更高效可靠的解决方案。
Abstract:This study used the acetone soluble content in pulp as an evaluation index and optimized the Soxtec method using Box Behnken response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimal extraction parameters were temperature of 76 ℃, time of 25 min, and solvent volume of 64 mL. Through experimental verification, the LOD of this method was 0.013%, the spiked recovery rate was>95%, the coefficient of variation of repeatability was<5%, and the coefficient of variation of reproducibility was<10%. The detection results were not significantly different from the national standard method, indicating that this method has high accuracy and good reproducibility, meets the quality control requirements of industrial pulp production, and provides a more efficient and reliable solution for acetone soluble substance detection.
