摘要:以密蒙花为原料,通过提取,开发了一种天然密蒙花黄酮色素并制作成黄色卷烟纸。通过热裂解的方式,分析900 ℃下所开发黄色卷烟纸的致香成分;将黄色卷烟纸卷制成卷烟成品,以空白样品为对照进行卷烟纸感官评吸试验,对所开发黄酮色素产品性能进行研究;在不同储存时间下对卷烟纸的色差进行分析。结果表明,所开发的黄酮色素卷纸在高温下具有较高的致香成分含量,黄酮色素样品相比较空白样品具有更高的感官性能,添加黄酮色素的卷烟纸舒适性和余味改善明显;卷烟纸色差相对稳定。 |
Abstract:Using the Flos Buddlejae as the raw material, a natural flavonoid pigment was developed based on the extraction and made into yellow cigarette paper. The aromatic components of yellow cigarette paper at 900 °C were analyzed by thermal cracking; The yellow cigarette paper was rolled into the cigarette product, a blank sample was used as a control and the sensory evaluation of yellow cigarette paper product was carried out, the performance of the product of flavonoid pigments was studied; The color difference of cigarette paper was analyzed under different storage times. The results indicated that the product of flavonoid pigments had higher aromatic components, and the flavonoid pigment samples had higher sensory performance than the blank samples, the comfort and aftertaste of the cigarette paper with flavonoid pigments were significantly improved; The color difference of cigarette paper is relatively stable. |
