摘要:本研究旨在提升保湿原纸的锁水保湿性能。在实验室开展纤维原料打浆性能研究,主要考察了打浆方式、打浆度、湿强剂种类和用量、乳霜种类和用量对手抄片的保湿性的影响,为企业磨浆参数优化和工艺流程改进提供趋势预测。根据实验室研究结果,进行生产线调试,优化后的工艺使生产的保湿原纸的各项性能较优化前提升显著,相应的保湿纸的保湿性远高于对标样,并提高了经济效益。

Abstract:This study aims to enhance the moisture-locking performance of moisturizing base tissue. Laboratory investigations were conducted to explore the beating performance of pulp, focusing on the effects of beating load, beating degree, types and dosages of wet-strength agents and moisturizing cream on moisture retention, so as to provide trend prediction to guide industrial optimization of refining parameters and process flows. According to laboratory research results, production line trials were carried out, resulting in significant improvements in key performance metrics of the optimized moisturizing base tissue. The final product exhibited much higher moisture retention capacity than that of the reference sample, and the economic benefits was improved.
