摘要:以硫酸盐木质素(KL)为原料,通过反溶剂法与十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)复合制得粒径为63.67± 0.45 nm的木质素/SDBS复合纳米粒子(S-LNPs)。随后,以S-LNPs为稳定剂,橄榄油为油相,制得Pickering乳液(S-PEs),并将其用于异丙甲草胺的负载。探究了S-LNPs制备时SDBS的添加量以及乳液制备时油水比、异丙甲草胺添加量对S-PEs的形貌、液滴粒径大小的影响。在SDBS添加量为2.5 wt.%,油水比为3:7,异丙甲草胺用量为1.0 wt.%时,制得的S-PEs乳液较为稳定,平均粒径约为10.54 μm。S-PEs对异丙甲草胺具有一定的缓释效果。S-PEs在叶面的接触角为56.35°,叶面沉积效率为58.13%,同时表现出优异的除草活性。 |
Abstract:Lignin nanoparticles (LNPs) were obtained by antisolvent method using sulfated lignin (KL) as a raw material , which were then mixed with sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS) to prepare lignin/SDBS composite nanoparticles (S-LNPs). Pickering emulsions (S-PEs) were prepared using S-LNPs as stabilizer and olive oil as oil phase for the loading of metolachlor. The effects of the dosage of SDBS, the oil-water ratio and the dosage of metolachlor on the morphology of the S-PEs and the size of the droplet size were investigated. When SDBS was added at an amount of 2.5 wt.%, the oil-to-water ratio was 3:7, and the amount of metolachlor was 1.0 wt.%, a stable emulsion of S-PEs with an average particle size of about 10.54 μm was obtained. The contact angle of S-PEs on the leaf surface was 56.35° and the foliar deposition efficiency was 58.13%, while exhibiting excellent herbicidal activity. |
