| 摘要:针对造纸生产负荷波动引发富余蒸汽放空损耗问题,以某造纸厂汽电双驱空压机系统为研究对象,依托DCS实测数据开展多工况特性分析。结果表明:该系统凝汽式汽轮机进汽流量10 t/h为模式切换阈值,高负荷最大稳定发电功率3300 kW,可将主汽压力稳定控制在8.5±0.5 MPa;相比纯电驱运行,汽驱模式厂用电率下降8.93个百分点,可等效替代721.7 kW压缩空气装机,可为造纸厂蒸汽余热回收与节能改造提供工程参考。 |
| Abstract:Aiming at the waste steam venting loss caused by load fluctuations in papermaking production, this paper takes the steam-electric dual-drive air compressor system of a paper mill as the research object and carries out multi-condition characteristic analysis based on field measured DCS data. The results show that the steam intake flow of 10 t/h of the condensing steam turbine in the system serves as the mode switching threshold, with a maximum stable power generation of 3300 kW under high-load conditions. The system can stabilize the main steam pressure at 8.5±0.5 MPa. Compared with the full-electric drive mode, the steam-driven mode reduces the auxiliary power consumption rate of the power plant by 8.93 percentage points and can equivalently replace 721.7 kW of installed capacity of compressed air equipment. The research can provide engineering references for waste steam recovery and energy-saving renovation in paper mills. |
