摘要:烟梗是造纸法再造烟叶片基的重要骨架原料,其细胞壁结构致密,纤维短而脆,直接磨浆易使细小组分增加,影响片基强度、松厚度和涂布适应性。合理预处理可促进烟梗润胀软化,削弱细胞壁组分之间的结合,降低解纤与磨浆阻力。本文围绕高效低能耗柔性磨浆需求,综述烟梗水热/蒸汽预处理、蒸汽爆破、微波膨胀、螺旋挤压、盘磨粗解、生物酶处理等技术的作用机制、工艺特征及效果,通过分析其与高浓解纤、低浓磨浆等现代制浆装备的协同关系,提出烟梗组合预处理与现代制浆造纸装备协同高效磨浆发展方向,为构建“预处理调控-高浓柔性解纤-低浓精细磨浆”的协同工艺技术路线,推动烟梗制浆向低损伤、低能耗和高品质方向发展奠定基础。
Abstract:Stem is an important skeleton raw material for the base sheet of papermaking-process reconstituted tobacco. Its cell wall structure is compact, and the fibers are short and brittle. Direct refining tends to increase fine components, which adversely affects the base sheet''s strength, bulk, and coating adaptability. Appropriate pretreatment can promote the swelling and softening of stems, weaken the bonding between cell wall components, and reduce the resistance to fiber separation and refining. Focusing on the demand for high-efficiency, low-energy flexible refining, this paper reviews the mechanisms, process characteristics, and effects of various technologies for stem pretreatment, including hydrothermal/steam pretreatment, steam explosion, microwave expansion, screw extrusion, disc coarse refining, and biological enzyme treatment. By analyzing their synergistic relationship with modern pulping equipment such as high-consistency fiber separation and low-consistency refining, the paper proposes a development direction for efficient tobacco stem refining through the synergy of combined pretreatment and modern pulping and papermaking equipment. This lays the foundation for constructing a synergistic process technology route of “pretreatment regulation-high-consistency flexible fiber separation-low-consistency refining”, thereby promoting the development of tobacco stem pulping toward low damage, low energy consumption, and high quality.
