摘要:研究了Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe3+、Cu2+、Mn2+ 6个金属离子对化机浆漂白中残余H2O2含量的影响。介绍了几个非硅过氧化氢稳定剂的类别、稳定H2O2机理、钙铁螯合值以及在化机浆漂白段中的应用情况。实验结果显示:Ca2+、Mg2+可以提高残余的H2O2含量,Fe3+、Cu2+、Mn2+ 降低了残余的H2O2含量,且降幅明显。非硅稳定剂中HEDP的钙铁螯合值最大。DTPMP在漂白过程中能够很好的抑制过氧化氢的无效分解、残余H2O2含量最高,达到的漂白效果最好。
Abstract:The effects of six metal ions (Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+, Cu2+ and Mn2+) on residual H2O2 content in chemical mechanical pulp bleaching were studied.The categories of several non-silicon hydrogen peroxide stabilizers, their stabilization mechanism of H2O2, their chelating value of calcium and iron, and their application in the bleaching stage of chemi-mechical pulping were introduced.The experimental results show that: Ca2+ and Mg2+ can improve the residual H2O2 content, Fe3+、 Cu2+、 Mn2+ can reduce the residual H2O2 content, and the decrease is obvious. HEDP has the largest calcium and iron chelation value among the non-silicon stabilizers. DTPMP can effectively inhibit the ineffective decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in the bleaching process, the content of residual H2O2 is the highest, and the bleaching effect is the best.
