摘要:本文以涂布白面牛卡纸为研究对象,以现代化质量管理理论为依据,运用帕累托图、鱼骨图等质量工具对纸张质量问题进行分析,明确外观质量改进目标为刮刀线；利用统计学方法和Minitab工具对可能造成刮刀线的因素进行了详细论证,并提出了对应的改进措施；最终通过改进生产过程使刮刀线问题得到改善,并通过刮刀线改进的效果评价,证明了印刷外观质量改进措施的有效性。

Abstract:This article focused on the study of coated white cardboard, grounded in modern quality management theory. Analyzed paper quality issues using quality tools such as Pareto chart and Fishbone diagram, and clarify that the improvement goal for appearance quality was the scraper line. The use of statistical methods and the Minitab tool facilitated a detailed examination of factors potentially causing scraper lines, leading to the proposal of corresponding improvement measures. Ultimately, by refining the production process, the issue of scraper lines was ameliorated. The evaluation of the improvement"s effectiveness in reducing scraper lines confirmed the efficacy of the quality improvement measures taken.
