摘要:本研究以白酒丢糟为原料,采用硫酸盐法蒸煮制浆,分析了硫化度和最高蒸煮温度对纸浆得率的影响;然后采用单因素法研究了第一段二氧化氯漂白(D0)的pH值、C1O2用量、漂白温度、漂白时间对纸浆白度、返黄值、漂白得率的影响,并采用正交法优化了D0工艺并进行了ED1漂白。结果表明,在液比1:3、用碱量20%时,白酒丢糟硫酸盐法制浆的优化条件为:硫化度20%、最高蒸煮温度150℃,此时纸浆得率25.07%、高锰酸钾值19.81、白度19.21%ISO;漂白的最佳工艺为:D0段pH值2.01、ClO2用量4%、漂白温度60℃、漂白时间30min;E段用碱量2%、温度70℃、时间60min;D1段漂白ClO2用量1.5%、温度70℃、时间120min,漂后纸浆白度为57.24%ISO,高锰酸钾值1.86。
Abstract:In this paper, distillers" grains was used as raw material for pulping by sulfate cooking. The effect of the sulfidity and the maximum cooking temperature on pulp yield was investigated. Then, the influence of f each factor on D0 (chlorine dioxide) bleaching process of distillers" grains pulp was studied by single-factor method, the effects of pH value, C1O2 dosage, bleaching temperature and bleaching time on the pulp brightness, yellowness, bleaching yield was discussed, and the D0 bleachingprocess was optimized by orthogonal design method, then the alkali extraction and the second chlorine dioxide (D1) bleaching was carried out. The results showed that the optimized distillers’ grains pulping conditions were sulfidity 20% and the maximum cooking temperature 150℃ in the conditions of the liquor ratio 1:3, alkali charge 20%, and the pulp yield was 25.07%, K value was 19.81, and the brightness was 19.21%ISO. The optimal bleaching process was as fellow: D0 stage with a pH value 2.01, ClO2 dosage 4%, bleaching temperature 60°C, and bleaching time 30 minutes, and E stage with an alkali dosage 2%, temperature 70°C, and time 60 minutes, and D1 stage with a ClO2 dosage 1.5%, temperature 70°C, and time 120 minutes. After bleaching, the pulp brightness reached 57.24% ISO, and the K value was 1.86.
